TPoT Publications Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to TPoT Publications, an application developed and operated by TPoT Solutions.

1. The service
TPoT Publications is a WordPress-based publishing application for businesses. Authorized users can prepare content for their website and connected social channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok where the relevant integration is available and authorized. By using TPoT Publications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Authorized use and accounts
You must be authorized to manage the WordPress website and every social account or Page you connect. You are responsible for protecting your website and account access and for ensuring that people using the application on your behalf have appropriate authorization. Do not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful activity.
3. Your content and publication choices
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish it, including any music, images, video and personal information. You authorize TPoT Publications to process and transmit that content as needed to carry out your publishing instructions. You are responsible for reviewing the content, destination account, audience and applicable publication settings before confirming an action.
4. Connected platforms
Connections require authorization through the relevant platform and remain subject to its terms, policies, permissions and availability. TikTok features use TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API where available and authorized. Facebook and Instagram features depend on the relevant Meta services. TPoT Publications is a TPoT Solutions product; these integrations do not imply endorsement by TikTok or Meta. Platform changes, review decisions, account restrictions or outages can affect functionality. Publication timing and acceptance by a platform cannot be guaranteed.
5. Privacy and disconnection
Information processing is described in the TPoT Publications Privacy Policy. You may stop using the application and withdraw authorization in your connected platform’s account settings. Contact info@tpot-solutions.com for assistance with ending an integration. Disconnecting does not automatically delete content already published; manage that content on the relevant platform.
6. Intellectual property
The application and TPoT Solutions materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the application to you or ownership of your content to TPoT Solutions. Applicable third-party software licences remain in effect.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for reviewing published results and maintaining appropriate access controls and backups for your WordPress environment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate written service agreement remains applicable.
8. Changes, applicable law and contact
